At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people deserve to feel supported, understood, and protected during some of the biggest decisions of their lives.
I decided to become a REALTOR® at a moment when everything felt like it was converging. I was forty, my first child was on the way, and a close friend from high school who ran a brokerage kept nudging me toward real estate. I’d already been buying and selling property and managing rental homes for years. With a growing family and a sense that I needed something more stable and meaningful, I got my license in 2018.
That said, real estate was far from my original goal as a young man to be a film maker. I studied film in college, worked for film companies, and spent time on sets as a cinematographer and grip—even doing work for MTV. Eventually, those jobs evolved into a twenty-year career as a professional photographer. I shot everything: weddings, events, graduations, portraits, fashion, architecture. Photography taught me how to read people, manage pressure, and show up prepared—skills I didn’t yet know would translate so well into real estate.
When my friend encouraged me to join his brokerage, I hesitated. I didn’t want to mix friendship with business, and honestly, the culture didn’t feel right. I visited other offices where competition and ego dominated the room. Then I walked into Coldwell Banker. The difference was immediate. People were welcoming. Agents mentored each other. The attitude was, “There’s plenty of work for all of us—let’s help each other succeed.” That philosophy stuck with me. I learned that collaborating with people, instead of working against them, benefits everyone in the long run.
For a while, I lived in both worlds. I was a photographer and a REALTOR®, learning the business during my first year in real estate while still shooting assignments. That first year was all about absorbing knowledge. After that, I became a solid agent because of one major reason, I cared.. I cared about the details, about doing the job well, about being dependable. A client once summed it up perfectly: I was responsive, knowledgeable, not a jerk, and solution-oriented. That mattered to me. In photography, I’d seen too many people compete instead of collaborate, losing sight of the client. I knew I wanted a different approach—one rooted in harmony, service, and asking, “What can I do for you?”
Then COVID hit. I was two years into real estate when photography dried up overnight. No events. No in-person work. The choice was made for me. I leaned fully into real estate and committed to it as my full-time focus. Around the same time, my second son, was born with serious medical complications. That experience changed everything; family became non-negotiable. My wife, whom I met over 20 years ago at a happy hour, and our sons, are my why . Work matters, but family comes first. You can always ask for extensions. You can slow down. You can do your best to be present. Hayden went through open-heart surgery and today he’s thankfully doing great. I don’t take a single day for granted.
Outside of work, I enjoy bike riding. I ride from Philly to the Jersey Shore, 75 miles, to raise money for charity. I love reading fiction, biographies, and educational books, rotating between them to stay grounded and inspired. I also volunteer at my son’s school PTA and ride for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
At the core, I want to be the best version of myself—as a father, husband, and agent. I love helping people find homes and step into new chapters of their lives. Real estate isn’t just about transactions for me. It’s about showing up and genuinely helping clients during such an important transition such as buying or selling real estate.
I offer a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to real estate that is always centered on my clients. Early in my career, I took the time to shadow and interview inspectors so I could truly understand how to read a house before submitting an offer. Along with my background as a professional photographer, this has sharpened my eye for detail and allows me to quickly assess a property’s condition, risks, and potential.
I want every client to feel like they are my only client. I respond quickly, treat everyone with respect regardless of budget, and value the trust my clients place in me. I make sure they understand exactly what they’re signing, what the next steps are, and all available options, so they can make informed decisions, even if that means walking away and finding a better fit.
I’m a full-resource agent with a trusted network of inspectors, title partners, roofers, plumbers, and other professionals. I manage the entire process from start to finish, advocate strongly in negotiations, and consistently get the job done.
Sincerely,
