Introducing The Gellman Team: Same Service, More Support

I’m excited to share something new this month. After nearly a decade of building my business as Gellman Premier Properties, I’m officially transitioning to The Gellman Team. While the name is changing, the heart of what I do is not. This shift is really about better reflecting how I’ve already been working behind the scenes for years, surrounding my clients with the right people, resources, and support every step of the way.

When I say “team,” I don’t just mean agents. I mean the full network of trusted professionals who help bring every transaction together smoothly. From lenders and title companies to inspectors, contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, landscapers, and more, I’ve built strong relationships with people I trust to take care of my clients at the highest level. Whether it’s preparing a home for sale, navigating inspections, or handling post-closing projects, you now have a full team behind you, not just one person.

A Season Full of Family, Baseball, and Spring Event!

Spring is officially here, and it finally feels like we can put that long, cold winter behind us. This time of year brings so much to look forward to: spring break, holidays, and plenty of quality family time. In our house, baseball season is a very big deal right now! My almost 5-year-old, Hayden, is jumping into T-Ball for the first time this year, and my almost 8-year-old, Ezra, is playing baseball. Ezra has big dreams of becoming a professional baseball player one day, just like his favorite player, the legendary Mike Schmidt! It is safe to say the excitement level in our home is at an all-time high. And speaking of excitement, spring also brings two of my favorite annual events: my Client Photoshoot and my Client Phillies Game and Tailgate. I would love for you to be a part of both!

For the fifth year in a row, I am thrilled to invite clients to a Phillies game! This year we will be taking on the Cincinnati Reds on May 18th. The fun kicks off with a free tailgate featuring food and drinks starting at 5PM, with first pitch at 6:40. I have two complimentary tickets available for the first ten people who sign up, so sign up early!

I am also excited to announce that my annual photoshoot is back! On Sunday, April 19th, I will be hosting a free shoot at the Navy Yard. Family portraits, pet photos, updated headshots, or whatever you have in mind are all welcome. The only thing I ask is a donation of any amount to one of the two charities I support: the MS Foundation (I ride from City to Shore every year) and the American Cancer Foundation. It is a great opportunity to get quality photos while giving back to two wonderful causes. Spots are limited, so please sign up early using the links below.
